Wabash Landing Parking Garage Public Parker

The following regulations apply to this monthly parking agreement.

Monthly parking is $55.00 and must be paid by the 5th of each month. On the 6th a reactivation fee of $10.00 will be added to the monthly charge. Payment in full must be made before the card will be activated.
Payment can be made by the link on the invoice you are emailed or by check, made payable to: Cube Property Management, P.O. Box 492 Lafayette, IN 47902 *Please note Wabash Landing in the memo section of your check.
As a monthly parker, parking is on a first come basis. NO PARKING in any reserved spaces.
Monthly cards are assigned to an individual and their vehicle and are not to be passed around. Notify us of any changes in car information.
All new Parkers will need to complete a new contract before receiving a swipe card. Contact Cube Property Management 765-269-4321 or rbolden@cubeandco.com.
There will be a $10.00 fee for LOST cards. Lost cards will be deactivated.
Please notify us and return your card to Cube Property Management if you need to cancel your monthly parking.
All Vehicles must have valid registrations.

Wabash Landing Parking Garage is not responsible for vehicle accidents, vandalism, theft or robbery to your vehicle or person. Please remove any valuables from your vehicle and report suspicious activity to the police.
Monthly charges are subject to change upon management’s discretion without notice.
