PRF District Lot Monthly Parking

The following regulations apply to this monthly parking agreement.

Monthly parking for the District Lot is $75.00 per month and must be paid by the 5th of each month or card will be deactivated. $10.00 Reactivating Fee. Reactivating card after payment could take up to two business days. Payment in full must be made before the card will be activated.
Payment can be made online by a link sent to your email or by check or money order, please send check or money order to: Cube Property Management, P.O. Box 492 Lafayette, IN 47902 *Please note the swipe card # in the memo section of your check.
Monthly cards are assigned to an individual and their vehicle and are not to be passed around. Notify us of any changes in car information.
There will be a $10.00 fee for LOST cards. Lost cards will be deactivated.
Please notify us, and return your card to Cube Property Management, if you need to cancel your monthly parking.

Cube Property Management / Purdue Research Foundation are not responsible for vehicle accidents, vandalism, theft or robbery to your vehicle or person. Please remove any valuables from your vehicle and report suspicious activity to the police.
Cube Property Management / Purdue Research Foundation has the right to cancel this parking agreement at any time.
No Refunds Can Be Given for Parking Payments
All Vehicles on Lot Must Have Valid License Plates.
